What a great business plan you have. I’ve always thought credit card fees were hard to understand and would often change processor to get a better rate. I love the idea of a flat rate and this has saved me a lot of money as more and more customers are using credit cards these days. With this plan, we will be doing business a long, long time. The reason I called was our end of day settlement in the cottage failed – something that’s never happened before! The guy helped me reset the terminal and then it worked perfect.
As I told him, Harbortouch customer service is excellent. The few times I’ve ever had issues, they’ve promptly helped me resolve them.

We get a lot of requests to review our credit card processing and we ignore most of them. But CSA was working with the RSA, so we thought it was worthwhile to give them a shot.
The savings were significant. This program will save us more than enough money to pay for our annual RSA dues and booth at the RSA convention. Their price structure is different from anything else we’ve seen, and it really did help us save a lot of money. From our point of view, this is the best thing the RSA has done for us in at least twenty years.
The transition from our old firm to CSA was remarkable easy. They sent us a new machine, for free. The instructions on how to install the machine were clear, the whole process took less than 15 minutes and was stress free. It could not have been much easier.
They have no contracts to sign or long term commitments to make. We are free to leave at any point, with no penalty. But I don’t see that happening.
Do your own homework before switching, don’t blindly copy us. But anyone that is accepting credit cards should take a few minutes and see if CSA can save their business as much money as they’re saving Southeastern Skate Supply.
Finally, Mr. Brewer is a man of taste, class, and integrity. He is very honest and straightforward. As soon as he met me in person (at an RSA chapter meeting) he remarked on how I was better looking and smarter than my cousin in Atlanta. You’ve got to respect a man like that.

In all honesty, I didn’t think they were going to be able to save any money, but I decided to call and give them a chance. After speaking with David Brewer, I decided to use CSA’s services.

I had the pleasure to meet David Brewer at one of the local chapter meetings where he was talking about saving money on credit card processing and giving a demonstration about Harbortouch’s Echo point of sale. Like most owners/operators, I was skeptical but yet interested on how I could save money on the bottom line just by switching who processed our credit cards.
I did not have our credit card monthly statements with me at the meeting, but I was able to call back and have a few months faxed to me and we compared our total effective rate with our current company vs. that of Harbortouch, and I was surprised. We were going to be able to drop our effective rate from approximately 4.6% to 2.2 percent saving over $200.00 per month.
We made the switch and were able to get two new Harbortouch POS systems (front office and snack bar) and two credit card machines (back office/fun shop) and could not be happier, not only have we seen the savings, but we have increased sales by not having to mandate a minimum dollar amount for a sale and the system being faster and able to track more.
Harbortouch’s customer service is second to none, anytime you have a new system there will be some questions, concerns during the initial few weeks, every time we have called, the customer service has ALWAYS been more than helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered and David always followed up asking if customer service was able to answer our questions and if not, could he be of assistance.
